Microsoft IT is improving the accuracy of forecasted sales revenue for our sellers, sales managers, and sales executives. We’re consolidating sales tools to provide an easier, more holistic user experience throughout the sales cycle. We’re also using predictive analytics—built on Azure Machine Learning and open-source technologies—to help the sales team gain better insights for pipeline management, forecasting, quota attainment, consumption, and annuity.
