Installing Steam OS today

I am using less then the Requirements to see if this can be installed on less.

Hardware and Software Requirements

SteamOS requires the following:

  • Processor: Intel or AMD 64-bit capable processor
  • Memory: 4GB or more RAM
  • Hard Drive: 500GB or larger disk
  • Video Card: NVIDIA graphics card (AMD and Intel graphics support coming soon!)
  • Additional: UEFI boot support, USB port for installation

Start Time 11:10 am March 21 2014 install going without a problem on old Dell Desktop.
Dont use a none 64 bit CPU 🙂
First Computer Linux install went great then the Steam part and it crashed.
Second computer install was great then the steam install no problems.
