PBM Protection Review
Understand what was checked, what the evidence shows, and which decisions need your attention. Brady walks you through the findings in plain English, with three priorities to move forward.
The last restore test, what it covered, the result, and any remaining uncertainty. If recovery has not been tested, the review says so.
The account protections checked, the evidence date, and any exceptions that need attention.
Three priorities with a specific action, an owner, and a target date so you know what happens next.
Each review covers the systems and checks agreed in your assessment or service plan. A verified finding applies to that check; it is not a guarantee of complete security or compliance.
Start with a free 15-minute IT risk call. If a technical review is needed, we agree the scope and price before work begins. For managed clients, ongoing reviews track findings and next actions within the service plan.
Risk questions
Recovery depends on whether critical systems and data are covered, monitored, isolated appropriately, and tested. PBM reviews what is protected, how restores work, and where uncertainty remains.
A successful backup notification is not the same as a proven recovery. PBM reviews coverage, retention, access, and restore testing so the recovery plan is based on evidence.
Microsoft 365 security depends on licensing, MFA, administrator access, sharing, email protection, monitoring, and configuration. PBM checks the controls instead of assuming the default setup is enough.
Only the insurer can decide coverage. PBM helps you answer technical questions accurately and identify gaps between the application, policy requirements, and the controls operating in your environment.
Training helps, but people should not be the only defense. PBM combines awareness with email security, identity protection, MFA, monitoring, and a clear process for reporting suspicious messages.
The answer should already be documented. PBM reviews dependencies, backups, replacement options, recovery priorities, vendor contacts, and the steps needed to resume business operations.
The free 15-minute call helps identify which of these questions needs a deeper technical review.
