How much do PBM managed services cost?
Managed services start at $499 per month. Final pricing reflects the number of users and devices, locations, existing systems, support requirements, security controls, backup needs, and compliance obligations.
Is there a contract?
Contract length, renewal, notice, and cancellation terms are explained in the written service agreement before you sign. Ask about the available terms during your assessment so the agreement matches the service PBM is expected to provide.
What if I need services that are not included in my plan?
PBM will explain whether the work is covered, requires a plan change, or should be quoted as a separate project before proceeding. This prevents unclear scope and unexpected work from becoming a billing problem.
How does billing work?
Recurring charges, project work, hardware, third-party licenses, and any usage-based costs are identified in the proposal or service agreement. Billing timing and payment terms are confirmed before service starts.
What happens during onboarding?
PBM gathers administrative access and documentation, reviews users and devices, confirms critical vendors and backups, deploys the controls included in your plan, and records unresolved risks. Timing depends on the size and condition of the environment and is confirmed after review.
What is the difference between the free call and the $399 assessment?
The free 15-minute call identifies your top concerns and the clearest next step. The $399 assessment is used when PBM needs to inspect systems, verify controls, document findings, and prepare written technical recommendations. The assessment is credited toward onboarding when you become a managed client within 30 days.
Do you support businesses outside Montana?
PBM can provide remote services to businesses outside Montana when the systems and service scope are a good fit. On-site service is primarily available in Polson, Lake County, and nearby western Montana communities.
