Your data is only used to provide our IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and authorized integration services, or as required by law.
Information We Collect

- Contact details (name, email, phone number, business information)
- Technical and diagnostic data related to systems or services we manage
- Information submitted through our website contact form
- Limited QuickBooks Online customer data authorized by a connected company administrator, including customer identifiers, display or company names, and primary email addresses
- Analytics data from Google Analytics 4 (device type, region, usage patterns)
- Security and performance data gathered by Cloudflare and Cloudflare Bot Management to protect our site from malicious traffic and optimize loading performance
How We Use Your Information
Your information helps us:
- Communicate with you about services, support, and updates
- Deliver IT, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions
- Synchronize an internal existing-client list from QuickBooks Online and prevent sales outreach to current PBM clients
- Improve our website and services through aggregated analytics
- Protect our website and network from spam, attacks, and abuse using Cloudflare services
QuickBooks Online Data
PBM accesses QuickBooks Online data only after an authorized company administrator completes Intuit's OAuth consent process. The integration is read-only: it does not create, update, or delete QuickBooks records. PBM does not sell QuickBooks data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generative-AI models.
QuickBooks customer records are stored in PBM's protected systems only as needed to operate the existing-client suppression workflow, secure and support the integration, and meet applicable legal obligations. An authorized administrator may disconnect the integration through Intuit. Requests to access or delete stored integration data may be sent to the contact address below.
Service Providers
PBM uses service providers to host, secure, communicate, and operate its services. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or comply with law. QuickBooks data used for existing-client suppression is not supplied to generative-AI providers.
How We Protect Your Information
Your data security is a priority. We use industry-standard encryption, multi-factor authentication, access controls, and network safeguards where applicable. Website traffic is protected by Cloudflare security and DDoS protection, and analytics data is anonymized and aggregated before analysis. For additional details, see our Security Policy.
