What to confirm in writing

• Eligibility: your business location, covered systems, enrollment approval, and required security controls.
• Coverage: covered events, financial limits, sublimits, waiting periods, and any applicable deductibles.
• Exclusions: events, expenses, systems, or circumstances the agreement does not cover.
• Claims: reporting deadlines, required evidence, approval process, and payment conditions.
• Ongoing requirements: monitoring, maintenance, and changes that may affect eligibility.

Do not assume wire fraud, gift card scams, every cyber incident, or every country is covered. Request the current agreement and an eligibility review before relying on any specific benefit.
